2012 civic si rev hang

I'm looking into buying a stock civic si and want to get rid of the rev-hang. If I'm not mistaken, when Flashpro is tuned via MAF, the rev-hang is not fully removed. When tuned via MAP, the rev hang is completely removed however, you lose the maintenance-minder and the fuel-level gauge becomes inaccurate/erratic.

Rev hang is a nuisance b/c you have to delay your clutch engagement (let revs fall) or really feather the clutch to get a smooth 1-2 and 2-3 shift.
